Pros

A lot of freedom to make your time what you want it to be. Perks of taking youth to many activities and the company pays for it. Education reimbursement, overtime opportunities

Cons

Supervisors are terrible, lack of communication, pay is terrible, not much room for advancement within the company, most people get burnt out quickly and they take it out on the kids, yet employees aren't held responsible for this. Very toxic environment. No support from supervisors.
