Pros

The management team is the best team I've ever had the pleasure to work for. They all care tremendously about us, not just at work, but in our personal lives as well. I honestly can't think of one bad thing about this company. I love coming into work each and every day. I have so much fun doing my job and I get paid handsomely for it. It's a win win. My manager, Christopher Simmons, and my district manager, Juan Perez, are 2 of the greatest people I've ever had the chance to work with. I would go to battle for them and I know they would each give me the shirt off their back if I asked for it. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for!!!!!!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I would wish for would be more company get-togethers so that we could bond a little bit more.

Pros

Pay is more than minimum wage. Location close to home.

Cons

Harrassing manager. Horrible to no proper training. Upper management makes excuses for the bullying by management. Total and complete lack of respect from in-store management. I've only been here 2 months and I'm already quitting this is my last week. Can't work for a company like this any longer.

Pros

Compensation depends on motivation. Higher tier payouts are attainable. The company is pretty tight-knit despite the size. We sell awesome products. Lots of opportunity. Lots of various incentives.

Cons

Working with people. ... I was gonna leave it at that if it'd let me. Starting out is always the hardest part. Took me a while before I started doing well. Memorizing product and system knowledge is half and social selling skills is the other. This isn't even necessarily a con... -an overwhelming amount of knowledge to learn upfront... And to be molded to sell. That's why you get $12/hour for the first couple months. - depending on who you're working with: unforgiving hours - dealing with everyone else's screw ups. Mostly within the company. - draining - I drink a lot. And go through too many Marlboros.
