Literally everything. The company is as shady and as unethical as the day is long. They will ask and/or expect you to do things that are frowned upon, both by people with a soul and by At&t. They constantly change your pay plan / raise quotas. Here's the deal, the company will look for any way to not pay you as much as they have to, it's a business not a charity. When they raise your expectations monthly it becomes highly unlikely you'll ever see a full commission check, they are always only giving you 50%, 80%, or 90%. And let e explain something to you now. If all the members of a store don't hit quota, the manager doesn't get a full commission check. If not all the managers hit their quota, the district manager doesn't get a full commission check. If not all the district managers hit quota, the regional...... You should get it by now. Hence the unethical and being shady, your bosses wot let you lose them money. The company also doesn't care about it's employees, if you do work here just keep your head down.
