      Run don’t walk away from this company

      None unless you like working for a management group who only listen to their favorites

      Cons

      Managers had favorites and company was very cliquish. I was always told my work performance was excellent, at my yearly review, and then they would offer me .25 cent raise. Managers always want ideas, however, unless they come from the clique they are never given any merit. Best thing for me was to leave and I wish I had done it sooner as I now work for a company who appreciates new ideas. Run don’t walk away from this company.

      Pros

      At this time, when the world has been turned upside down because of the pandemic, I want to thank PrimePay and CEO Bill Pellicano. Right now, many businesses are closing or laying off staff. Bill and his leadership team have done everything possible to not lay staff off and keep the PrimePay “family” together. The leadership team took every step possible to make sure the staff was safe, able to work remotely and were taken care of. They are also doing everything possible to help and support the small businesses we work with. Because of Bill’s leadership and his commitment to his employees and clients, PrimePay will come out of this pandemic, stronger and better then before this whole thing started.

      Cons

      There are no cons at this time. I am fortunate enough to have a company that cares about me as an individual and a job I enjoy going to each day.
