      Pros

      Its a great company to work as a rep, and become an owner. The hours are set by you and you are in control of your own business. Great network marketing company. You will learn more about yourself and people and how great we all are.

      Cons

      There's a lot of stuff the company does tell you that happens behind the scene's. You will need a car and extra income to keep you going on long trips and training, By the time you get your first commission check you might have spent threefolds already.. Uplines can be full of malice..

      Pros

      A great way to get into insurace sales. Compensation plan is good. Unlimited income potential. Licenses are paid for.

      Cons

      No benefits and there can be a lack of focus. Some months sales is the number 1 goal and other months recruiting is. If your up-line is weak at recruiting or sales, you won't get much support in that area and your production and income may reflect that. Term life only, so no residuals on insurance sales.
