Opportunity to work as hard and as long as I want to create the freedom and lifestyle we desire as a family. The opportunity to earn true ownership of our Primerica business. We have one more qualification year left and we will be owners. The freedom to develop my own personal management philosophy to grow our Primerica business. The unprecedented support that Primerica provides to help us grow and administer our business. Our Primerica business has proven to be absolutely recession proof throughout our career. 2009 for example has been our best growth year ever.

Cons

Income is based solely on performance. I love working in an environment where I get paid what I am worth, but most people I meet think that not working for a guaranteed income is a negative. Another downside for some is the fact that you have to expose yourself to rejection and negative people in order to be successful in this industry

Stop focusing on recruiting and focus on SALES!

It is a good starting point to get into the insurance business. They offer training and repay you for your life insurance exam.

Cons

The focus on recruiting people into the company instead of sales. And you don't get any promotions if you don't get your recruits to join.

Pros

You can actually make money without knowing anything. The auto insurance and home insurance plans are easy money makers. Primerica offers a lot of products from loans to mutual funds.

Cons

You have to either know a lot of people that are 25 and up, with kids, married. If not RUN!!!!!! They focus on recruiting new people rather than learning the products and selling the products. All you hear is RECRUIT MORE ASSOCIATES.
