Unlimited over time, decent hours

Cons

The benefits package is the worst I’ve ever seen. Feels like they are scamming you out of half your paycheck just for medical insurance. If you’re looking for a job and need benefits run… if you’re looking for a decent job and have medical insurance elsewhere it’s an ok place. Management up to HR is also mediocre and can be unprofessional. Also, they expect you to do things, attend meetings, respond to emails on your personal time without compensation

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really did a great job cultivating a team oriented work environment. Managers do a great job of empowering staff in their roles and have an open door policy.

Cons

Medical insurance is on the pricier side.
