Dear Former Employee, Your former community is listed as one of the top performing communities with very high and positive reviews across all social media reviewers. These reviews have been both from current team members as well as residents and their family members. As for training, we provide monthly as well as yearly trainings that help our teams be on the cutting edge and serve our residents effectively. If you needed more training, all you had to do was ask. Our corporate staff has visited and connected with the the community teams on a daily basis through different avenues of communication. We thrive on overcommunicating and going above and beyond in providing tools, resources and support for all our team members. If someone needed more coaching for efficiency, we provide that as well. What we do not do is tolerate hate, abuse and toxicity within our teams as it goes against our culture and who we work with. Abusive language, name-calling, slandering, maligning other team members and their families, and offensive sexual remarks are definitely not what we count as professional behavior. It is for this reason we moved on from you. Having said that, we wish you the best for your future endeavors and hope for a fresh start for you. Sincerely!
