We appreciate the time you took to review and we are very sorry about your experience. We do have high expectations of our communities as we want the best care for all of our residents. As far as consistency, our director of regional sales & marketing of South Carolina, with whom you would have worked alongside, has been with our company prior to bringing on the current South Carolina communities. We are transparent with the financial health and expectations of our communities. The executive director receives monthly financial reporting, and managers are all fully aware of their budgets based on the census. When it comes to our residents, safety is our #1 priority and supporting their independence is our purpose. If there was a miscommunication when you were working at our community, we wish you would have contacted us sooner.
