They are still a bit old school on many things. Dress code is rigid (but getting better). I'm a firm believer that things like hair color, piercings, & tattoos have no weight on your ability to be a professional. Prism is pretty chill about tattoos as long as they aren't inappropriate but they are big sticklers on hair color (it HAS to be a natural color) and piercings (nothing except ears and maybe side of nose?). This seems silly to me and ends up pushing away many potentially great hires. Someone's worth as an employee shouldn't be based on whether or not they have blue hair.
I also wish they had more paid holidays. They do pretty well with that, but many companies are moving forward with providing paid days off for MLK Jr. Day, Juneteenth, Indigenous Peoples Day, etc. Providing these days off communicates to the minorities in your staff that they are valued and seen. Prism is definitely behind on this.
