Pros

Meaningful work and mission. Supportive culture from the top down and bottom up. Expanding organization with many opportunities to grow career, develop professionally and personally, engage in community and events, speak into justice reform, etc. Great employee benefits and perks. New CEO is passionate and inspiring. Drama free and trusting environment is a pleasure to work in, and I'm happy the Holy Spirit called me to this career change!

Visionary leadership that encourages and demonstrates collaboration, humility, creativity and growth. Talented, knowledgeable and capable teammates.

Cons

Change and active growth can be overwhelming and difficult for some or energizing for others. Definitely not a "status quo" culture... which is really a "pro" from my perspective :)
