Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you feel there is no proper change management process or annual performance reviews, but we would like to address it. As our company continues to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve our processes. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our change management process, please let us know, we’d like to hear from you.
