Pros

Initially a great culture. Great location for the company headquarters and nice in office perks. I still believe in their mission and vision for the construction industry and their product has made a difference in this vertical.

Cons

Needs more diversity and commitment to DEI. They say they are committed but doesn't quite align with investments in this area. They're going through a lot of organizational changes but that's to be expected for a new public company.
