Procore Technologies Project Manager reviews

I am relatively new but even I can see the culture at Procore has been destroyed by fear over the last few years. In several orgs within P&T, those who question authority--constructively or otherwise--get disposed of the next day. There is an extreme problem with nepotism that has caused incompetence to reign supreme at nearly every level, and there's nowhere left for you to turn. Do whatever is assigned to you and NEVER question it. Your ideas are meaningless here.

Things are constantly changing, so layoffs are not uncommon.
