Pros

Remote option (for most departments) + dog-friendly headquarters, excellent healthcare, industry-leading product.

Cons

Arrogant leadership; top-heavy management; lack of appreciation for ICs. Culture was at its peak 5 years ago but an increasingly out-of-touch and greedy ELT/MLT has made that a distant memory.
