1. Horrible managers, with no technical know how 2. Naturally, they ask for updates only and never really try to unlock you 3. Working with global teams from 3rd world countries, very bad response times on Slack, emails etc, 4. I got fired with a 30 minute notice. Let that sink in. In a country where the laws are so strong, 30 minutes notice
