They treat you like a human being !! They have benefits for part time employees.

Cons

If you need any help while working, you have to asked for help from a group of employees called "assist". If you get someone that isn't very interested in helping you, it can be difficult and there is not much recourse for the CSR.

Progressive offers a great advancement option they have training to keep you going and stable in job knowledge. They also care about there employees.

Cons

I think sometimes there is too much time to spend with supervisors meaning I think they over supervise to some of the smallest problems.
