Pros

The company pays employees to get licensed in multiple states. Paid time off is generous.

Cons

After a couple of months of training, employees enter production. The workload is excessive and overtime is almost always required to complete the bare minimum. Poor employee experience creates an environment with low employee morale. The company has a very high turnover in this area. Management is concerned with meeting production numbers and no value is placed on work/life balance. The position is for 50 claims/week. However, even as a new hire, the pipeline will consistently exceed this level,.
