      Pros

      At first, I was buying it all. No pressure sales, care for employees etc.

      Turns out for my situation, everything. This may be just my experience. This was my first role as a sales rep, I was told it’s no pressure… there’s a sales philosophy but honestly it’s a script. It makes the calls unnecessarily lengthy plus their equipment cause soooo many tech issues. After two weeks on the phone, every day it was an issue. If you have to get new equipment you’re not getting paid unless you use PTO. Well as a new hire there’s none. Then most companies, allot additional time for Covid related issues, not progressive. In a pandemic you will get occurrences for Covid related incidents.

      - Remote positions allow you to work from home full time if desired - Management and Supervisors bend over backwards too help out if you struggle - Plethora of resources available to use to assist with work - Excellent Company Culture accepts and embraces employees from all creeds and walks of life

      Cons

      - Being remote work, vulnerable to any outages you might have at home - Reaching out to IT is always a bit of a wait

      Allowed Remote work during COVID

      NO work life balance. Management sets unlimited meetings which cut into time to do required work.. Meetings set on short notice which disrupts plan for work accomplishment . Leaders do not care or recognize the workload. They constantly ask for more work from you . No appreciation for hard work . Constantly pushing for more . The attorney must handle all aspects of file including administrative work due to no support .New management changed vendors without thinking of ramification on work load. The list goes on amd on….
