      Pros

      Work from home. Decent pay and bonuses (after working for many years). Mostly great leadership with few exceptions.

      Cons

      Customers are very abusive and unstable (screaming, threatening, derogatory remarks, harassing and manipulative). This type of work deserves more time off and higher pay. Job growth seems to have completely halted recently. Internal job postings are VERY competitive and are a lot of times just more work for the same pay (called loan-in positions). Management is now aggressively shoving this "diversity and inclusion" down everyone's' throats.

      Pay was okay, benefits were good.

      Cons

      Most people felt unprepared to help customers during and after training. Bullying allowed and encouraged by some managers. High turnover.
