Pros

Job security, consistent pay, and nice coworkers

Cons

Awful pay, awful management, overworked, mean customers. Lots of turnover so can move up quickly if you kiss up to your boss enough.

Pros

Remote work opportunities, competitive pay, good health/retirement benefits. Management is transparent and diverse. There are many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

For Service reps, you have to bid on your job schedule after the first year. You also must have a year tenure before applying for other jobs within the company.

Pros

Same work everyday, you already know what to expect. Pay is decent, generous PTO, sliding schedules/single day switch options so you can move your hours around approval permitting. Lots of opportunity for overtime. Supervisors are all very nice, understanding and give you opportunities for growth.

Cons

Call volume. The calls are way too much and way too stressful. You're only allowed 90 minutes total for break; an unpaid hour lunch and 2 paid 15s.. not enough time to decompress from the heavy call volume. Bathroom breaks are used on your break time; not a good position if you have digestive problems. You're performance is measure by metrics; how long calls are, how well you deliver customer service and how well you can do multiple things while on a call for a set amount of time.
