Pros

The vast majority of coworkers and managers are very nice, helpful and understanding. The benefits are not bad and taking time off is very easy.

Cons

If you want to change positions you have to have been at you current position for at least 3 months before a change will be considered. Calls are pretty much back to back and many customers think that you should jump through hoops to resolve their problem.

Pros

PTO was easy to get. Many resources for employees. Very transparent company. Pay is fair mostly. Bonus at the end of the year and beginning of the new year.

Cons

It is hard to switch departments and they sometimes micromanage phone calls. Raises are insignificant.

Great benefits: cafeteria, gym, and doctor on site. Good flexibility for hours and great coworkers and some good managers

Cons

It becomes tiresome and draining dealing with customers.
