Pros

Flexible schedule, especially if you’re a single parent.

Cons

Have to meet a certain metrics which is sometimes hard. If you don’t you won’t move up in the company and will stay at the same rate for years. It can get really stressful if you’re not hitting metrics. Was not told we would have to up sale in the customer service role

Work from home, can choose your shifts or bid to change them about ever 3 months. Hire within and is amazing company to grow within. Great Culture

Cons

Work Life balance is challenging. Must love working on phones, Burnout is a reality with the phones
