Poor training out of onboarding, terrible supervisors only criticized with no resolution. Heavy workload no work life balance.

Lots of calls,more PTO I needed, lots of switching with little notice or training

The training is terrible . The academy supervisor I had was very rude and disrespectful. They lie to you about you being able to change your schedule right out of training you will be stuck working weekends . The job is stressful in itself
