      Pros

      The people who work here are wonderful. Highly experienced staff have a lot to teach. The management (surgeons) seem to really care about their employees since they work with them every day. Employee safety is a priority.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like the surgeons are eager to cut costs even when they are making tons of money. Issues with one manager playing favorites and being unfair at times.

      Pros

      The physicians are excellent and benefits are reasonable. Covered parking garage. Very close to main hospitals. Close to grocery store and restaurants for lunch.

      Cons

      A LOT of turnover over the last year to year and a half. The staff camaraderie is long gone. Very little positive management involvement. Stressed out physicians and staff even before covid.
