      Pros

      There are opportunities but nothing is consistent. Each clinic is different so if you do not like one than you may always try working for another. They do have employee recognition programs!

      Cons

      Healthcare is going to run you about $1,000 a month and the starting wage is about $16.50. There is also not a discount for employee's who need medical services.

      I enjoyed my time here with the staff. Nice supportive environment, great central location.

      Cons

      Traffic in Seattle is pretty bad. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my time here.

      Pros

      Autonomy if a capable employee. Better than average annual raises and job security. Comparable benefits to the community standard. Good people!

      Cons

      No room for advancement, employees' opinions are ignored, doctors drive business practices rather than delegating to trained business professionals, reactive rather than proactive business practices.
