      Horrible management. Shady Md. Not enough pay for the amount of crap you have to deal with. Drama every where.

      The Dr. Are amazing

      Cons

      The administrator has favorites and she shows it. She may give something to one staff and not the next. She makes up her own rules and makes it clear to everyone she the boss. Human resources act like they scared to fire her.

      Pros

      Most of my coworkers are extremely fun and friendly. Depending on the department, it can be a great work environment. The PTO plan is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management does not listen to anyone. No matter how much feedback you give, positive or negative, nothing is even taken into account and nothing ever changes. Often feel talked down to/disrespected by my superiors even when I work extremely hard in my position. Very little room for advancement or growth. I have attempted to grow or transfer to a new position but after months of trying I haven't gotten anywhere. Empty promises.
