      Working with the staff was great

      Cons

      Improvements on training, I was trained by multiple other MA's and there was one specifically who could care less, and ultimately set me up for failure. This information I gave to the supervisor, and all was stated was "that's who she is".

      Pros

      Welcoming atmosphere where employee are encouraged to speak up and empowered to make achange. Many opportunities for growth and development. High quality patient care helps feel like you're making a difference. Really great people, physician owners are kind and engaged, take care of their staff.

      Cons

      Every care center is independently run, which leads to a lack of standardization across sites, For a large organization, they have a lot of 'small company' problems, which could be solved by better collaboration across their many locations. I know this is a focus for Proliance right now.
