Pros
My favorite part of working here was the pay was decent. At first I really liked the leadership but that quickly changed when I heard the things that were said behind my back. I tried to talk about it but quickly realized it would go no where. CEO is nice.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment at SNO and backstabbing team members who will go to leadership about any little thing. Favoritism for specific employees, usually the ones who tell on you. You are not treated fairly or well by most of the team, including the doctors. PSR is the lowest level position and gets thrown way too much for the amount of pay and hours given. The way patients are asked to be treated is ridiculous. I was told I'm too nice to them! No positive feedback is given and only negative is shared. Set up your employees better during onboarding so they arent shuffling around to figure things out on their own. I was never given certain accesses needed to my job and it set me up for failure.
