A great company to work for. A product that works and a great working environment. Everyone's so friendly and just wants to support your growth. Great work life balance. The training is brilliant and everything is done very professionally. You fit into the team very quickly due to the great support. They really believe in investing in their people.

In addition, it offers a competitive salary, strong career growth and promotion opportunities, and a wide range of benefits, including company-paid meals in the office from Monday to Thursday and up to three weeks of remote work per year.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment where continuous learning and adaptability are essential. While not a drawback, it can be challenging at times, as technology evolves rapidly and requires you to constantly update your skills and knowledge. Proofpoint France offers a very positive working environment with supportive colleagues, strong leadership, and a real team spirit. The company gives employees the opportunity to work on meaningful cybersecurity topics with well-known customers, while also encouraging collaboration and professional development. The culture is dynamic, international, and focused on both performance and people.

Cons

As in many fast-growing tech companies, the pace can sometimes be demanding, and priorities may change quickly. However, this also creates opportunities to learn and grow. Sometimes still too much US oriented.
