Great place for tech people

Pros

We get to work with the latest technology - things like elastic beanstalk, dynamoDB as we use S3 and EBS. The architecture is progressive and state of the art. We use a sprint development cycle where teams are given independence to make decisions and write code the right way. The dev team leadership is supportive and helpful. Really like my job, much better than where i came from.

Cons

Because we have to work with 3 mobile teams - ios, android and uwp, coordination is between teams takes time and planning.

Pros

Everyone works together as a team. Very little heiracheral structure. Fair salaries, but good bonus program and some get stock options. Nice benefits and excellent matching 401k.

Cons

Commute would be better if closer to the train station.

Pros

They really do have a terrific product. It was easy to see the value and to feel good about representing it.

Cons

The owners of this company are brilliant, but this leads them to believing they always know best. They could never trust employees to do things on their own. When I worked there, almost everyone I spoke to regularly was actively seeking other employment.
