HIGH TURNOVER, underpaid, high expectations, terrible culture, undervalued. No support This is not a good atmosphere for anybody looking to get into Marketing, Graphic Design, Development or IT. They will treat you like you are nothing to this company. No training and no support, either move fast and efficiently or be prepared to get cut. Do not buy into the high energy fun environment, there is no culture at this company, everyone is there to just make money or get off the boat.
