Pros

- They will offer benefits for students pursuing medicine. - They will offer other student resources for MCAT. - You can make connections at your clinical site.

Cons

- It is a very slow start for onboarding to a clinical site. - The pay is not much at all compared to all the information you have to know. - It is task after task before even starting the job, which most is unpaid for.

Pros

If you're someone who wants to work clinically, you have the opportunity to see all that happens in the Emergency Department and also get letter of recommendations.

Cons

You are not paid for the amount of trauma you have to see, you don't make enough to actually use the benefits.
