Pros

At least at this location they try to get everyone involved in helping each other and the community out. They have also taken to listening and trying to fix complaints from the employees. At least the teams I've been on and upper management.

Cons

Most of the cons for the company are due to individual clients(it's a call center) or due to still being small. In my time here many of the problems that have been brought up have been solved. But that is also for the tahlequah location. The biggest cons have been things like pto policies, absurd client requests, and not following pay trends depending on department or client. Ex. The it teams are closer in pay to the customer service teams than outside IT jobs.

Great Intentions. Needs to be more competitive

Pros

Great work environment. Friendly people and management seems to want to help people. Great insurance plan.

Cons

The good intentions of management needs to flow down. No paid holidays. Time off accrues too slowly. Picky rules about rollover of PTO and you lose it if you don't use it. Need more competitive pay and job titles.
