The issue is Provalus's management. Overall, it feels like highschool. These manager are only looking out for themselves. I feel like they don't really know what it means to be a manager. Our manager doesn't even know what we do. They have no idea what we're even doing. They just show up and say hi and say they "understand us" and are here for us.
The pay. While I understand that this is an entry level position, the pay, for all the work that you're doing, is low. We can go to our local Walmart and get paid more starting off.
The managers play favorites. The choose whoever sucks up to them and keeps them in a position that the employee shouldn't have had in the first place or should no longer have that position. They make excuses for these employees and give them waaay to many changes that you know would not fly with any other employee. This issue is part of having this company in a small town so everyone knows everyone but it's work. You should be able to have a work life balance that many who work here don't.
