The community is very kind and they have a lot of fun holidays and even have added a way to keep in shape after work.

Cons

It really depends on what team you are put on. Some of clients you work for are really laidback and fun others can be really strict. There is also different types of management for each time so you have a 50/50 chance someone actually cares about you.
