Pros

Lots of room to grow, cooperative team members, team based environment really encouraged. Lot's of work/life balance. People are usually pretty happy to partner on projects.

Cons

Lack of policy on file which leads to rapidly changing policies no strong sense of continuity between departments. While a rapidly changing environment is to be expected, things can be a little too chaotic at times.
