Received a good deal of responsibility on projects even though I was relatively new.

Cons

Work was not challenging, spent a lot of my time bored out of my mind, the management didn't care about the end product, they only cared that they were making a profit and could make their own bonuses.

- Work can be extremely tedious at times - Compensation is far too low for the hours/work - Because of the specific nature of the consulting performed, can be pigeon-holed career wise if there for too long
