Pros

Recent graduates are given a great deal of responsibility and experience. Given this, there is a great deal of room for experiential growth is you are bright, focused, and tenacious.

Cons

There is little to no development. Very-senior members are not always sharp. The company seems as if it was founded/is run on one of the two following standards: (a) surprised that it grew to so large, (b) is waiting to be bought-out by a competitor.

Pros

The company experiences growth every year and if you're in the right department, oppertunities for advancement are available. Much of the lower level and mid-level staff is young and energetic. Four weeks vacation to start for salaried employees, three weeks for hourly, with one additional week earned after 5-years of service. Annual performace bonus at fiscal year end.

Cons

Compensation is low compared to other firms in the area. Benefits could be better but are par with other companies. Some disparity between genders when it comes to promotions and salaries. Very few females at the top.
