Getting an apartment on a property for rent free only if you bust your butt to get there and throw people under and suck up to management
Cons
In the interview they don't go over at all that you will be required to sell packing supplies. If you don't sell, you get a red mark on the excel spread sheet which the entire region can see! Co workers will throw you under the bus so you fail and the managers will believe anything they say if they have good sales. It's hard to get any days off and you don't work at one specific location. The employees who have apartments with free rent and utilities do the exact same work as a relief manager. You get crazy customers who are scary in the office who threaten you if Public Storage sells their unit in auction. It;s a mad house!
