In May 2023, the U.S. offices started announcing that if you have not been showing up in the office at least 3 days/week, you were not eligible for promotions or raises. And they applied this policy retroactively back to January 2023. So if your boss shared with you that they had put your name in for a raise in April, and you went to the office occasionally (like 80% of the company), you suddenly received the news that they had changed the rules. U.S. management said, "No raise for you. Come into the office 3 days a week, and maybe we'll give you a raise in July (trust us)."

Upper management have no clue how to manage or how payroll works , also no knowledge of laws . They treat the employee’s like their dispensable and speaks to staff members in an very awful manner verbally /email . Its like you’re in high school .Too many lay offs within the organization!! There is always a freeze on salaries increases ,you may be there for three years without being reviewed or any mention of an increase . The Moto for the company is work you more but pay you less , because of high turn overs you are stuck with additional task of the person that was laid off .Worst place to work . You will be appreciated /paid better somewhere else.
