Pros
It has an ideal setting and a great corporate job experience for those looking to transition into this field. They do have an excellent holiday and days off package for those concerned about work to life balance, but you need to be a salaried employee in order to receive your full benefits.
Cons
Severe miscommunication between the employer and employee. You must be able to follow up consistently with HR and upper management in order to get the basic employee set up. I didn't receive my login info for 2 weeks when I started. When I was laid off, I was informed the day of that my position no longer exists in this site (and designated overseas) and that I had 30 minutes to remove my belongings from my desk, where I was then escorted out. It was devastating and I wished I had more time working in the company and the team I was assigned to. It was an okay experience that ended terribly and it shouldn't have ended that way.
