You deserve to have your experiences of discrimination, bullying and harassment taken seriously and to see the offending parties removed. Instead you face retaliation for speaking up, while the administration shields offenders. Faculty, staff and students have all shouted these complaints at the tops of their lungs for years, yet the school does little to address them.

It feels like nothing can be done here to improve workflow or processes. - Pay is incredibly low, especially for this area of New York. You have to drive quite a while to find affordable housing on the salaries provided. - Huge divides between civil service staff, professional staff, and faculty.
