Pros
Pay and benefits are good for a small company. Some middle management is very good and dedicated as are most of the non management folks.
Cons
Dead end job unless you want to do sales or move to New York. Company survives in spite of senior mgmt not because of it. HR is a complete disaster and horribly mismanaged. Its an good ole boys network, unless your willing to pucker up to the presidents rear end your going nowhere. President has absolutely no idea what is going on in the field except sales and most of the VPs and directors just tell him what he wants to hear as to not make him upset. Tell them what they want to hear on their surveys or they will narrow down who you are and fire you. They talk a good game but this company has "zero" loyalty to their employees.
