Friendly people Managers and employees interact regularly Special employee events like BBQs, fundraisers, Diversity days make it an enjoyable work environment.

Cons

Purolator seems like a big company but it doesn't spend a lot of money on benefits and perks. The benefits are okay but not very rich.

Vacation time is decent, you start with 3 weeks Middle management and front line employees are good to work with and want to win

Cons

Senior management cannot take constructive criticism. The direction and resources of the company are focused on pointless endeavors versus actually focusing on investments in new products that will deliver sustainable future growth Old boy network Sales support resources are a joke. Sales takes the blame for everything. Operationally tools are non-existent to hold our US partners accountable Bonus plans are a joke

Vacation time is nice...they also have some nice benefits and the offices are usually located in some decent facilities for sales personnel

Cons

Old boy network - it is made up of old friends and some personal relationships have driven decisions to promote people and put them into higher paying and more visible jobs than they can handle...also many old UPS folks have come in and taken hold of key departments and positions. Senior management is a joke - President is out of touch with the times....all he talks about is how good he was in sales...in 1981. No real plan - they change their idea of the company "vision" quarterly...
