Pros

The people were very nice, I loved my coworkers at the hotels I worked at.

Cons

They never told me I was hourly, and that I didn't qualify for even a lunch break! My boss could not communicate with me, but she was out the door every day at 4. The coordinator for the department was inept, and caused a lot of trouble. People were fighting with each other as a result.

Pros

Hotel staff is top notch. Good team who works together to be successful and take care of each other.

Cons

Owners are impersonal, systems are redundant, antiquated dozens of excel sheets with manual entry, lots of fire drills, more time is spent reporting than caring for guests. They promise alot and deliver less, changing rules for pay and bonus often.

too many big egos in upper management ....they have been reading their own press clippings for a long time
