Pros

The hotel I worked at is no longer run by Pyramid!

Cons

Worked for 6 months and was never spoken to by anyone in management other than my supervisor. Never once did any training on the role, or brand standards.

Cons

The company does not care about associates. They do not provide proper work equipment, uniforms, work instructions or follow federal and local labor laws. Avoid at all cost.
