Pros

Michele Uhaze is the only pro I can think of for this horrid company

Cons

Pyramid hotel group claims to have a "care culture" when in fact they couldn't care less. Half of their employees have no clue what they are doing, while the other half are miserable and unpleasant to be around. I've worked for a few different hotel management companies and chains and Pyramid is by far the worst. I don't have anything good to say about this company.

Pros

The line staff at the hotels are isolated from the drama of the overbearing demands of the Pyramid Hotel Group management team.

Cons

Renovations are substandard/ incomplete but ownership thinks that because they spent money that it translates to higher demand / revenues. Unfortunately service is sub-par so the sales teams are forced to constantly look for new clients since there are few repeats.

Pros

Nearly impossible to get fired, free parking

Cons

Management had to cheat to get GSS scores above 50% for Sheraton and still could not get the LM to pass 50%. That should say enough. Constant turn over in GM and Director level leadership because no one can control the chaos. There is a constant pressure to act unethically to ensure GSS scores. Pressure for managers to turn a blind eye to the behavior of employees who should be terminated because we can not afford to lose staff.
