Pros

Pay is decent at 16.50 per hour plus there are opportunities for more pay that are easily attainable. Very friendly, relaxed environment. Everyone is willing to help everyone. And when you are hired, you are assigned to a team for flex Fridays. Meaning you are off every other Friday depending on team you’re on. It’s either team yay or team fri. The company truly cares about their employees. You also get 1 hour lunch.

Cons

Not many cons unless you don’t like working 10 hours shifts. The shifts are 8am-6pm in your time zone. It does take some getting used to after training because training schedule is different from your actual work schedule.

Pros

Pyx started off as a small organization and the start up "vibe" is very present. Senior Leadership is wanting everyone to be successful, they are engaged and try to make the team culture feel like a family. The company offers competitive wages for the area and continues to grow nationally.

Cons

As the company grows beyond startup there are struggle to move past the family feel and really create a sense of culture that many millennials seek; for example continued diversity and inclusion beyond LGBTQ values. Senior Management struggles with delegation, which means they are involved in too many aspects which creates a negative buzz as the team has a fear of making mistakes.
