Pros

Growing, dynamic company with genuinely caring, authentic people who work really hard to be the change that is needed in healthcare. Supervisor encourages work life balance and provides meaningful, supportive coaching and feedback regularly.

Cons

Things change quickly to adapt to the market and client needs, which can be difficult if you're not used to a fast-paced environment.

Pros

It's an okay job for a moment. It seems great and welcoming at beginning. Easy enough work

Cons

Management is kind of wild. Told to either meet metrics or have a certain amount of enrollments. Either 110 calls a day or 4 onboards. They will purposefully put you on plans to fail. If you meet one metric but not the other you're still questioned. Higher leads frequently use threats preemptively before there's ever an issue. High turnover rate. Constant changes in systems and scripts that effect call flow.
